It was here that I discovered the recipe to be fit was to eat clean, drink Shakeology and stay active by incorporating home workouts! I started with Insanity & absolutely loved it because I love cardio and pushing myself. The Shakeology benefits for my body were endless and I could immediately feel my energy levels go up. It was finding the perfect combination of these things in order to get fit, feel healthy, and be happier and more confident than I had ever been. I continue my love for cooking and baking still but make all of my favorite recipes, while following a Whole Foods plant based lifestyle so I am still giving my body the nutrients it needs.
Now I know how to fuel my body with the right foods to get the most out of my workouts, in a short amount of time so I have more time to enjoy life living in Boston! Thankfully my wife lives just as healthy of a lifestyle and we are always there supporting each other. Balance has finally been restored in my life!
