Southwestern Hummus
1 can rinsed and drained black beans
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cilantro leaves
1 tsp cumin
pepper, salt, chili powder to taste
Blend and enjoy!
Pesto Hummus
1 can rinsed and drained chick peas
1/3 cup tahini
2 Tbsp chickpea basil pesto
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
