Mix together:
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tbsp almond milk if you wish (for consistency)
That is it!! Use it as a dip or a dressing. Enjoy!
