- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 Tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter)
- 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- handful of raisins and/or chocolate chips
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas then add baking soda, baking powder, salt, flax seed, nut butter, honey, olive oil. Stir until well combined.
- Add in oat four and almond flour. Stir in oats, raisins/chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate while the oven heats up to 375.
- Scoop batter onto the baking sheets lined with parchment paper or a non stick silicon baking mat. Push down slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
