Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon lemon zest
3/4 cup dates
1/4 cup dried apricot
1/4 cup almonds
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup rolled oats (NOT instant)
cinnamon if you wish!!
Directions:
Mix it all together, freeze till hardened a bit, then serve!
Another option is to bake them for about 20 minutes at 375 on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
