Meal Planning time! 
The key to your SUCCESS is planning. It is so important to make sure that you have a plan in place. It also keeps fuel in your body for your daily activities.


21 day fix meal plan.  Portion control food containers help you figure out how much of each good group you need (fruits, veggies, grains, etc).  Plus there is a vegan option! Make a meal plan, plan a grocery list, and then prep your meals for the upcoming week.  This is the best way to be prepared and not have the tendency to steer away from the clean eating track!  We are more likely to make good meal choices if it is more planned out and it will get us feeling good! 
 
What does it mean to eat clean? Clean eating means that you are eating whole, natural foods that are not overly processed with ingredients that you can not pronounce. The fewer the ingredients the better!


Snack preparation! Another really important key to your success is being armed with snacks. Listen to your body when it is hungry. I practice intermittent fasting but when you truly know your body, you know when it needs fuel.  So, when I plan accordingly, have snacks on hand whether it’s stashed in my bag, the glove box or my desk at work I am always ready and then not forced to make poor decisions.
